Spiritual Direction Retreat
Spirituality and Moral Theology – I did this one hour retreat for a group of people going through spiritual direction formation. My job was to combine readings from two different books. The first book was the core book on Spiritual Direction and the second was The Screwtape Letters by C. S. Lewis. The talk was directed toward how those in the class could work with their Directees. Saint John Paul II – Witness to Hope
I did this retreat at the Saint Clare of Assisi Retreat Center in Hampton Virginia for Our Lady of Mount Carmel School from Newport News, Virginia. The purpose of the retreat was for educators and staff to reflect on the true meaning of hope and how this can be related to their own personal faith journey and that of their students. Where Heaven Meets Earth
This retreat dives deep into the Catholic Mass. Starting on a Friday evening and ending midday on Sunday, you will learn all about the Mass, Liturgy of the Hours and Adoration. Click Here to check it out!
Cursillo
Cursillo means “short course”. Therefore, Cursillo is a short course in Christianity. This 3-day weekend starts on a Thursday night and ends on a Sunday afternoon. The first full day focuses on you as a person, the second day examines your relationship with Jesus, and the third day talks about your relationship with the Church. The weekend is both spiritual and educational and hopes to develop Christian leaders. To learn more click here.
Crossroads of Christ Retreat

Ministers of Care Retreat
I did this retreat at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hampton Virginia for those who were ministers to the sick and home bound. One of the points of this retreat is the ability to sustain feeding others is to be fed yourself as well. Click here to read through the retreat.
